Coffee with skim milk

Half head of cauliflower w/ olive oil, s&p
Dinner roll ham sandwich w/ olive oil mayo and pale ale mustard
One bite of quinoa stir fry with broccoli and red pepper

1 PB&H Lara Bar

Two bowls of split pea soup w/ ham, carrots and cauliflower
Two slices of rosemary bread
Molasses/ginger cookie
